How long does it actually take to get started?
Most customers are running live operations within 2–5 weeks. The setup process is: configure your warehouse layout → import your clients and products → set up rate cards → go. There are no consultants, no implementation packages, and no required training sessions.
Do I need dedicated scanner hardware?
No. Warely uses your device's camera to decode barcodes in the browser — it works on any iPhone or Android phone, any tablet. If you already have Zebra or Honeywell hardware scanners in keyboard-wedge mode, those work too. Both modes are available on the same screen simultaneously.
How does billing work for multiple clients?
Each client gets their own rate card with line items for storage, receiving, outbound orders, and special handling. Storage is calculated automatically every month. Receiving and outbound charges are calculated when you click Finalize on a shipment or order — a deliberate, separate step from receiving or shipping, so you're never billing on numbers that might still change. At month end, invoices are generated, and you can push any invoice to QuickBooks with one click.
Will my pricing change after I sign up?
No. Your rate is locked at signup and we don't restructure pricing on existing customers — no surprise tier changes, no forced migrations to a new plan.
Is my data kept separate from other customers?
